The medesign Sperm Stop, a special tampon, was developed to keep the sperm as close and long as possible in the area of the cervix after insemination.

In certain cases, conception difficulties can be positively supported by conventional means. For example, when there is only a small amount of ejaculate or it contains few fertile sperm. Insemination, i.e. instrumental sperm transfer into the woman's vagina, can also be useful in the case of a retroreflexed uterus or other uterine positions that prevent conception.
