Urethra Pessary

Proven in practice for 40 years, supports the urethra and improves the closure function.

The causes of involuntary urinary leakage differ depending on the form. In most cases, urinary leakage is a sign of an anatomical or functional disorder.

The urethra pessary has proven itself in practice for about 40 years as an elastic ring with a calotte. The thickening at the upper edge supports the urethra, which deepens during pressing and coughing, and improves its closure function.
The thin part of the urethra pessary is first inserted with a little lubricant (e.g. Ladysoft). When placing the calotte, the exact position under the urethra must be achieved. Without cohabitation, the urethra pessary very rarely slips.

If urine flow occurs despite the correct position of the ring, the position of the calotte must be checked or the pessary must be selected larger.
