The leg length difference can be determined with the help of wooden boards.

Chronic back pain can have a simple cause: Pelvic obliquity as a result of leg length discrepancy. A tilted pelvis causes hip pain in the longer leg and knee joint discomfort in the shorter leg. In individual cases, this can even lead to chronic headaches or pain in the neck-shoulder-arm area.
