Hay pack

The hay pack has a blood circulation stimulating, relaxing and immune stimulating effect.

It is used to warm up muscles and promote blood circulation before a massage or as relaxation after a massage. Mental and physical well-being are increased.

Heat the hay pack over steam in a heating device specially designed for this purpose to about 42°C for about 30-45 minutes. The hay pack is taken out of the heating device (caution: danger of burns!), shaken several times and placed on the desired part of the body at a tolerably hot temperature. Fix it with a cloth and wrap the whole body warmly.
Alternatively: Pour hot water over the compress, let it steep for about 10 minutes, then carefully squeeze out the hay pack. Caution danger of burning! When hot, the hay pack is now ready for use. The hay pack usually remains applied for about ½ - 1 hour. An after-rest is recommended.
If necessary, the application can be repeated a second time (on the same day).

Lavender exudes a pleasant fresh and flowery scent and has a soothing effect on all states of mind and nervous tension.

Rosemary hay pack**:
Rosemary has a camphor-like, balsamic, fresh, tart and spicy scent. Its warm scent is said to stimulate and invigorate. It has a relaxing, refreshing and intensifying effect.

Note:
For external use only. Store in a cool and dry place. The hay packs are for repeated use within one day. Drying and reuse the next day should not be done due to mold growth.
