The medesign grape seed pillow It is a traditional home remedy for hot and cold applications. The fine grape seeds inside the pillow are heated and, compared to conventional hot water bottles, can store and release heat for a significantly longer time.

Warming: The grape seed pillow is heated in the oven at a maximum of 100°C. In the microwave (without grill or convection function => (Danger of fire!) Start with the lowest setting and increase the temperature as needed until the pillow is comfortably warm. (Please refer to your microwave's instruction manual.) If less heat is required, the pillow can also be placed on a radiator.
Cold application: To do this, simply cool the grape seed pillow in the refrigerator or freezer to the desired temperature.
