Sieve bowl pessary EF

The medesign sieve shell pessary EF provides support for mild vaginal and uterine prolapse and is easy to use.

A uterine and vaginal prolapse refers to the change in the position of these organs. This can occur during menopause and earlier, as the pelvic floor muscles and ligaments that anchor the uterus and vagina in the abdominal cavity weaken. If the prolapse exceeds a certain degree, it can lead to symptoms such as a feeling of pressure and sagging, lower back pain, or problems with urination (initially involuntary urine loss) or bowel movements.
Other risk factors for uterine or vaginal prolapse include connective tissue and muscle weakness, previous complicated births, and being overweight.

The medesign EF sieve cup pessary provides support for mild vaginal and uterine prolapse and is easy to use. Made of supple silicone, it is easily foldable, making insertion and removal simple. Like a ring pessary, the sieve cup pessary can be conveniently positioned as needed.

The EF sieve cup pessary is more strongly curved and therefore stiffer than the standard sieve cup pessary. Its soft silicone makes it easy to insert.

The medesign sieve tray pessary EF adjustment set allows for adjustment of the pessary size in the doctor's office and includes sizes 65, 70, 75 and 80 mm.
