Lavender honey

Attention: Like other raw foods, honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.

We source our lavender blossom honey from different countries depending on the batch: e.g. France or Spain. The actual country of origin can be requested from us with pleasure.

Our lavender honey has a light yellow to beige color and smells flowery and sweet. And so it tastes. A pleasure on the breakfast bread and in the muesli, but also when baking he gives every cake a special flavor.
Try the honey but also in homemade lemonade or juice spritzers in the summer.

Storage instructions:

• Store dry and protected from light
• optimum temperature: 18 °C
• Tends to crystallize when stored in a cool place. Heating in a water bath at approx. 40 °C will dissolve the crystals again.
