The high gamma-linolenic acid content (up to 22%) makes evening primrose oil a rich oil, particularly recommended for sensitive or dry skin. Symptoms of atopic eczema (neurodermatitis), such as itching, scaling, or redness, can be alleviated by applying evening primrose oil to the skin. Evening primrose oil prevents moisture loss from the skin. Its regenerating and revitalizing effects reduce skin aging and leave the skin looking young and firm. The skin becomes beautifully soft, supple, and toned.
