Regarding the processing of your order

After completing the order process, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. This will contain all the information about your order and – depending on your chosen payment method – our bank details or PayPal information.

Shipping costs

Germany
The flat shipping fee is 7,50 € within Germany. Orders worth over 180,00 € Deliveries within Germany are free of shipping costs! 

Other countries
Due to differing VAT rates, please refer directly to the shipping costs for other countries. Shopping Cart.

Payment options

We accept Payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer (prepayment). For credit card payments and direct debit, the charge will be processed immediately after delivery. Existing customers with a customer number are eligible for a Delivery on account is possible. Should you have forgotten your customer number, or require a new one, you will receive it after a brief request via email.

Customs duties and fees

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, customs service charges, and import VAT may apply. The amount of these fees depends on the destination country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are your responsibility.

Delivery

The delivery period begins after conclusion of the contract and, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment from the customer. You will receive all goods within the longest stated delivery time. Delivery is generally handled by our logistics partners DHL or GLS. Orders received by 10 a.m. will be shipped the same day. (Subject to item availability). If you have a request regarding delivery (e.g., 'deliver to a neighbor'), you can add this as a note when placing your order.

A delivery to Packstations This option is only available via DHL and may take an additional 1-2 days. Please note that in this case, you must enter the Packstation number in addition to your postal code as the shipping address.
