Application
For first-time use, please strictly follow your doctor's instructions. Apply approximately 2 cm of lubricant to the tip of the anal dilator and insert it into the anus while lying comfortably on your side with your knees bent or while lying comfortably on your back. Only insert the dilator as far as is comfortable. Keep the anal dilator in place for about 3 minutes. With twice-daily use, you will soon experience improvement and relief, and the insertion depth will gradually increase.
Cleaning the anal dilator with soap and water is sufficient. Then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
