Warming: The cherry pit pillow is heated in the oven at a maximum of 100°C. In the microwave (without grill or convection function) => (Danger of fire!) Start with the lowest setting and increase the temperature as needed until the pillow is comfortably warm. (Please refer to your microwave's instruction manual.) If less heat is required, the pillow can also be placed on a radiator.
Cold application: To do this, simply cool the cherry pit pillow in the refrigerator or freezer to the desired temperature.
