It wicks away moisture, is antibacterial, has a cooling effect, and thus supports healing. So that baby's bottom is quickly silky soft and healthy again.

Place a bourette silk insert inside the knitted diaper. Change the insert every 3 hours until the inflammation subsides. Hand wash the insert at up to 30°C and do not spin it. Then allow the insert to air dry.
