Description
The finger feeder allows premature babies to receive breast milk and supplemental nutrition and to practice the sucking reflex.
In premature babies, the sucking reflex may not yet be fully developed. This can lead to breastfeeding difficulties, and the baby may be unable to nurse at the breast. A finger feeder allows premature babies to receive breast milk and supplemental feedings, thus helping them practice their sucking reflex.
Finger feeding should only be done under the guidance of medical professionals (z.B. Consult a lactation consultant or midwife. Please refer to the package insert for instructions and cleaning recommendations.
