Warming:
The rapeseed pillow is heated in the oven at a maximum of 100°C. In the microwave (without grill or convection function => (Fire hazard!) Start with the lowest setting and increase the temperature if necessary until the pillow is comfortably warm.
(Please refer to your microwave's instruction manual.) If less heat is required, the pillow can also be placed on a radiator.
Cold application:
To do this, simply cool the rapeseed pillow in the refrigerator or freezer to the desired temperature.
