Scope and intended purpose:
medesign Rekto-Lys has excellent sprite properties and spreads very easily. Rekto-Lys is suitable for manual rectal examinations as well as rectoscopy and colonoscopy. Surgical and endoscopic instruments glide extremely smoothly and safely without risk of injury. As a natural lubricant, Rekto-Lys does not contaminate smears or biopsies. It is well-tolerated by the skin and does not irritate even sensitive mucous membranes. There is no burning or itching after the examination. It has an adjusted pH value of 3.8–4.1.
Instructions for use:
Lightly moisten the instruments with Recto-Lys lubricating gel.
Durability:
Once opened, the product can be used for at least 6 months. Clean refill containers before filling.
