The conical vaginal dilator series in various sizes made of silicone serves for the gradual, careful widening of the vaginal canal and sphincter muscle, as well as improving its elasticity.
Apply about 2 cm of lubricant (such as Ladysoft lubricant from medesign) to the tip of the vaginal dilator and insert it into the vagina while lying comfortably on your side with your knees bent or while lying comfortably on your back. Only insert the dilator as far as is comfortable. With twice-daily use, you will soon be able to dilate further each time.
Further information
Cleaning the vaginal dilator with soap and water is sufficient. Commercially available disinfectants can also be used if needed.
