Gyn-Lys does not drip and is water-soluble - it is pleasant for both doctor and patient! It contains no chemical preservatives, which prevents burning or itching after the examination. With a pH value of 3.7 - 4.1, Gyn-Lys has been optimally adapted to the vaginal pH value.
Gyn-Lys has good sprite behavior and spreads very easily. The physician performs his examination in the usual way, but without running the risk of altering the cells in the swabs taken. This is because, unlike the oily lubricants used to date, Gyn-Lys, as a water-based lubricant, does not falsify the cytological smears.

The application is very simple:
Before the examination, wet the specula and glove tips with a little Gyn-Lys.
During the vaginal ultrasound examination, wet the protective cover with a little Gyn-Lys. Pleasant gliding of the transducer and best coupling of the ultrasound probe lead to sonograms of the highest quality and informative value.
