fit of the pessary once again. The pessary, which is smallest in size, yet resting
securely should be chosen. You should also make sure that you are able to
urinate without any problems.
Your gynaecologist will assess the fit of your pessary after a few weeks or
months to see whether you can switch to a different size. The various sizes
allow for individual fitting. Treatment is often carried out with increasing pes-
sary sizes in order to achieve better results. Due to loosening of the tissue, a
larger sized pessary has to be used after 1 - 2 months.

How do I insert the Cramer Pessary?
