Cervical dilation prior to insertion of the medesign insemination catheter is almost never necessary: diameter, flexibility and stiffness are optimally matched.
The Luer cone ensures a secure fit on any standard disposable syringe. The wing-shaped design allows for virtually optical positioning of the two lateral openings towards the fallopian tubes.
