Raspberry leaf tea is an old home remedy and is recommended by midwives to prepare for childbirth.
It is very important that you only take raspberry leaves from the 6th month onwards, as they have a stimulating effect on the uterus.
Raspberry leaf tea It strengthens the uterine muscles and can therefore also stimulate labor. Drink one cup daily for one week in the 37th week of pregnancy, then take a one-week break. In the 39th week, drink one pot daily for one week, then take another one-week break. If you go past your due date, drink pot after pot. It is important to take breaks, as medications and herbs can always cause overstimulation, and the desired effect can then be reversed.
