The vaginal gel applicator makes it easier to insert vaginal gel.

Remove the cap from the ointment tube and screw the applicator onto the tube. Carefully and slowly squeeze the contents of the tube into the applicator until it is completely full. Remove the tube from the applicator and replace the cap. Lie comfortably on your back with your legs bent and spread apart. Hold the filled applicator in one hand. Insert the applicator as deeply as you can into your vagina (similar to inserting a tampon). Squeeze the applicator to empty the contents from the cylinder into your vagina. Remove the applicator and clean it.
