Anal dilator silicone

Rectal disorders are common diseases. Almost every second adult is affected. Surgical treatment of anal or rectal fistulas or haemorrhoids provides relief. Sometimes this can narrow the anal canal, which can lead to pain during defecation.

A conservative treatment method to relax and stretch the anal canal and its muscles is the daily use of an anal dilator. The conical silicone anal dilator is used to carefully dilate the anal canal and sphincter and improve its elasticity.

With the enclosed lubricant (medilys by medesign), easy and gentle insertion is possible.

As an additional workout for the sphincter muscle, you pinch it hard several times against the resistance of the anal dilator. This leads to a strengthening of the sphincter muscle and a trained pelvic floor musculature

When using for the first time, please be sure to follow the doctor's instructions. Apply about 2 cm of lubricant to the tip of the anal dilator and insert it into the anus in a relaxed side position with bent knees or in a relaxed back position. Advance the cone only as far as it will not hurt. If you use it twice a day, you will soon get further and further. Finally, it should remain - as deeply as possible - in the anal canal for about 3 minutes.

Cleaning the anal dilator with soap and water is sufficient. Then rinse it with clear water and let it dry.

The size specification refers to diameter at the tip, diameter at the base and length of the dilator in mm.
