About the process of your order
After completing the order process, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. In it you will find all the information about your order and - depending on the desired method of payment - our bank details or PayPal data.
The flat rate for shipping is 3,70 € within Germany and selected countries. Orders worth more than 119 € will be shipped free of charge! (Only for Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard via PayPal), PayPal, bank transfer in advance or direct debit (from the 2nd order, only from German bank accounts). In case of credit card payment and direct debit, the amount will be debited immediately after delivery. For existing customers with a customer number, delivery on account is possible. If you have forgotten your customer number or need a new one, you will receive it after a short request by e-mail.

Customs duties and fees
For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, possibly customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and possibly import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the respective country of delivery. Please enquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are to be paid by you.
The delivery time begins after conclusion of the contract and, in the case of payment in advance, after the customer's payment instruction. You will receive all goods within the longest stated delivery time. Delivery is usually made by our logistics partners DHL or GLS. Orders that reach us by 10 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day (subject to availability of the item). If you have a concern regarding delivery ('drop off at your neighbour's'), you can add this as a note when placing your order.
Delivery to packing stations is only possible via DHL and may take an additional 1-2 days. Please note that in this case you must enter the number of the Packstation as the delivery address in addition to your post office number.
