Available in various diameters and lengths, the vaginal dilators are made of medical-grade silicone or lightweight hard plastic that is hygienic and easy to clean.

The special shape and mushroom-shaped head guarantee a secure fit. The vaginal dilator is worn like a tampon. An inert (Ladysoft) or estrogen-containing lubricant is used for insertion. Vaginal dilators of ascending size gently stretch and rebuild the vagina.
